Tried to do ladders/speed work or whatever coach Holt calls it. Basically I failed. I had to go to the dentist after school so I did my work out later without the team. It was impossible to push myself without the team running with me. I also screwed up my knee.

Mmmm.... Ice cream. Ran to Arctic Circle with the team and enjoyed a cone that was 69 cents overpriced. Then ran back with Kendall Wilkey as we told each other racist jokes. Today was a goooood day.

Ran at the Cedar Invite. Didn't do as well as I hoped. I planned for a mid 17min pace, but I ended up cramping and it shot my butt. I ended with a low 18min time (Didn't check officially). Anyway if your reading this, you should probably be more productive with your time.

Today was one of the best running days ever... unless you were running the marathon. I didn't get to my run until later in the day due to my sister and her fiance running the marathon. When we got home from that I put on a light jack and made my way out to Washington Fields. I curved back coming around the mountain at Riverside Dr. I felt pretty good until the last half mile and I started cramping up, but it felt good to accomplish the run. Total time 1hour 15min.
