Ran at the Cedar Invite. Didn't do as well as I hoped. I planned for a mid 17min pace, but I ended up cramping and it shot my butt. I ended with a low 18min time (Didn't check officially). Anyway if your reading this, you should probably be more productive with your time.

Even with a eighteen minute 5k that's great! Keep up the good work! And if I'm reading this I need to get a life? Very true, all I do lately is run and write. Why am I telling you this?
