Meant 2 B Short

Nice and easy run today, just to get in my miles. I finally found my GPS thing so I can start tracking in my miles. We ran from the High School to the end of the main road in Green Springs. It was insane, the total distance to the end of the road came exactly to 3 miles. I stayed up with the Vasity the whole time, but it doesn't really matter since they were giving about 3 quarters less effort than I was. Right now my goal is to break 17 as a short term goal. Hopefully even less time by the time Region comes around.

This run was going to be a serious 8 miler... then part of the chinese I had eaten earlier decided to find its way to the pavement by the 2.6 mile range. Since I was near Sunrise, I decided to cut the run short and do some hills instead. I think that real lesson learned in this run is that you can't trust the Chinese.

(This run might have been on Monday... I can't remember) Decker and I ran the nice 6 mile run... the right way. The top 10 runners on the team thought they were cool (or coach did) and they ran the course backwards. Decker and I were the only 2 that ran the full run the right way. I'm not a fan of segregation.... anymore.
